how do I book?

Simply give us a call 647-748-8899, or book online. Yup, it's that simple!

 

I want to get nail art but I forgot to book it. Can I still get a design during my appointment?

It depends! If we have time to accommodate the time it would take to complete the art we will add it at the time of your appointment. Please ensure you book the right service based on what you're looking for. When in doubt, give us a call 647-748-8899.

 

Oops, I need a removal but forgot to book it. Can you still remove my soft gel polish? 

It depends! If we have time to accommodate the time it would take to complete the removal we will add it at the time of your appointment. If we don't have time to remove the polish, we can't complete your original booking and could be subject to a cancellation fee. To avoid this, please ensure you book the right service based on what you're looking for. When in doubt, give us a call 647-748-8899.

 

how will I choose my colour?

Due to our new health and safety measures, we’re unable to provide clients with our array of swatches. Now, our technicians will provide colour consultations and provide you with the best possible colour options. Trust us, we got you!

 

can I bring my pet or additional guests with me?

To maintain a safe working environment, we are not permitted to allow any pets or additional guests (including children) in the space. Please arrive solo. Thank you!


do you remove gel?

Soft gel polish - yes! If you have Shellac/gel polish on prior to your appointment and require a removal, please ensure you include it in your booking. If you require a removal but do not book it, please give us a call or email dundas@nakedbeautybar.com in advance of your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate.

Aprés Gel-X extensions yes, however only if it was done by us.

Hard gel - no. We do not service hard (sculpting) gel and acrylics, including removing them. Please ensure your hard gel/acrylics are completely removed prior to your appointment, or our cancellation policy will be in effect should you arrive for your appointment with nail enhancements.


what if I’m late?

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for you to check-in. If you’re running more than 10 behind, we cannot guarantee your appointment and our cancellation fee will apply should we need to cancel or reschedule.


what's your cancellation or no-show policy?

We do understand that life is full of the unexpected, so we urge you to keep us informed should you need to cancel. Cancellations and/or rescheduling made within 6 hours of your appointment time will incur a charge of 100% of your original booking plus 18% gratuity, billed to the card on file.

Cancellations can only be completed by: 1) online through your customer profile, or 2) calling 647-748-8899 within our hours of operation. If you wish to cancel outside of our hours of operation, please do so online to avoid incurring the cancellation fee.

We do not accept cancellations made via voicemail, text message, direct message on any social media platform, email, or calls made outside of our business hours. These forms of communication will be subject to the cancellation charge.


what methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and debit. We are cashless.
